Our strategy is based on diversification, designed to balance security with potential. We invest in traditional financial assets – stocks, funds, precious metals – as well as in real estate, both professional and residential. We also support companies by taking minority or majority stakes, whether innovative or more traditional. Each investment is selected with the idea that it must fuel a concrete dynamic: creating the conditions to undertake, to launch new projects, and to build collective successes over time.
About the Founder
Badis Matallah is an entrepreneur and investor, founder of Qualitadd and Hadmat Capital. With a self-built entrepreneurial journey, he has gone through many of the key stages of building a company: from idea to execution, self-financing, the first recruitments, fundraising, partnerships, challenges, as well as build-up strategies, acquisitions, and corporate integrations. He has led teams of several dozen employees, managed several million euros in funding, and supported clients ranging from leading CAC 40 groups to major international accounts.
As the ongoing CEO of Qualitadd, a SaaS company specializing in risk management and data governance, he devotes all his energy and commitment to developing the business, while also pursuing, through Hadmat Capital, an investor activity focused on supporting other entrepreneurs.
Passionate about B2B, SaaS, and technological innovation, he is also interested in the fields of sports, early childhood, and hospitality. What drives him above all is the opportunity to support determined, ambitious, and competent individuals capable of leading unique and impactful projects. He is equally motivated by the desire to keep learning, drawing inspiration from every person with whom he has the opportunity to exchange, grow, and build new ventures.
